Celebration Dinner for 10 Volunteering years - Friday 21st October
Members, friends and supporters of North West Blood Bikes and Lakes will be getting together for a relaxed and informal evening of celebration at Garstang Country Hotel on Friday 21st October. The evening will be relaxed and informal and give everyone an opportunity to chat reminisce and reflect on 10 amazing years of volunteer service to the NHS. The evening will include a buffet meal, some music and opportunity for a little dancing as well as maybe a (SHORT!) speech or two and potentially some awards recognising conspicuous service or milestones in the life of our, largest and busiest of its kind, volunteer organisation.
Some of our controllers have put their heads together to organize the evening to mark the achievement and we are grateful for their commitment (in between dispatching riders or drivers with blood, samples and all manner of medical items as the urgent calls come in.)
